Before you apply to be a affiliate please read the rules below.

1. Your site must be CHILD friendly = G or PG rating
2. Your Site has to update at least 1-2 times a week. If you are on hiatus please tell me.
3. Your site must be 50% or more neopets related.
4. You must have a button we can use.
5. Your Site must not contain any stolen content, or be on any site's Wall of Shame.
6. Your Site must already have one of our buttons on everypage, I will do the same for you.(Our buttons can be found on link back page.)
7. If you have read the rules put 'Ice Cream' in the Comments.
7. Your button must be 88x15.
8. You must not have any swearing, bad pictures, or offensive content on your site
